Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.
Darren & Marci DeLaune
Darren DeLaune serves as the Senior Executive Pastor of New Life Church alongside his wife, Marci DeLaune. Darren is responsible for helping implement and execute the vision and values of NLC while overseeing the ministries and leadership teams on a weekly basis. Darren’s heart is for coaching pastors and seeing life-giving churches planted all over the state of Arkansas. Darren and Marci have been married for more than 20 years and have two awesome children, Darren Jr. and Kara.

Bobby Hamilton
Bobby Hamilton serves as New Life Church's Conway campus pastor. Bobby, his wife Jill, and their family became a part of the NLC story in December of 2001 when they sold their business in Baton Rouge, LA, and moved to join the Bezets as part of the original launch team of New Life Church. Bobby’s passion is to work with NLC pastors across the state of Arkansas. He has three amazing children: Julie, Jonathan, and Michael.
Jill partnered with Bobby as they pioneered and pastored the Greater Little Rock campus together. She influenced many with her wisdom, grace, and knowledge of all things health. She gave her heart generously, helping people grow in their love for God and their quality of life. She died in 2013 after a four-year battle with cancer.

Harry & Sherlyn Bates
Harry and Sherlyn Bates serves as the campus pastors of NLC West Little Rock. Harry and Sherlyn have been part of the NLC family since its beginning, and have a huge heart for the state of Arkansas and a passion for serving people. The couple has been married for more than 20 years and have two wonderful children, Katelyn and Justin.

Brandon & Rebecca Shatswell
Brandon and Rebecca Shatswell serve as New Life Church's Lead Executive Worship Pastors, leading our worship teams across the state. As the NLC vision expands, the Shatswells are continually raising up leaders and building a united worship team. Through services, Bible studies, and events, Brandon and Rebecca play an integral role in teaching and training the next generation. They have a beautiful daughter, Israelle Juliana.

Neil & Gina Greathouse
Neil and Gina Greathouse serve on our Lead Executive Team and are pastors at the Conway campus. Whether it’s empowering the next generation, sparking creative thinking within our teams, or praying with families, they are committed to reaching people across the state and world. If ever you want to say hi, just look up because there's probably a drone in the sky—and that means Neil is somewhere close. They have three Greatkids—Roman, Sydney, and Cassidy.

Jason & Ashley Kimbrow
Jason and Ashley Kimbrow have been pastors at New Life Church since 2004, when they launched the church’s first college-age ministry. Their heart for students continued to grow as they began overseeing all student ministries at New Life.
In 2014, Jason and Ashley took on a different role with the launch of our Fayetteville location. They are in awe of how much God has done in their church in such a short time. The Kimbrows have three kids who are always keeping them on their toes—McAllister, Pierce, and Eve.

Trip Leach
Trip Leach oversees our finance team across all campuses, leading the way in the accountability and excellence of the church‘s financial resources. He and his wife, Courtney, have four children and help lead in marriage ministry at NLC Conway campus.
Bryan Christian
Bryan Christian is the director of Human Resources at NLC. He helps New Life maintain integrity in daily operations and keeps the church above reproach in all legal matters. Bryan has a heart to encourage and care for the New Life staff. He and his wife Sharon are raising their two incredible kids, Calista and Cayden in Conway, AR.
Quentin & Lisette Washispack
Dr. Quentin Washispack oversees missions and outreach across New Life. He is driven to see those who are lost find the hope of Jesus and the hurting find help through the body of Christ. He and his wife Lisette have four amazing children and are active members of their community in Conway, AR.
Seth & Kendra Tomboli
Seth and Kendra pastor NLC Greater Little Rock’s Real Life student ministry, and serve as Student Ministry Executive Pastors for New Life Church as a whole. Seth’s heart is to see student ministries carry the values and vision passed down from Pastor Rick and Michelle Bezet. Kendra is also Greater Little Rock’s campus administrator.
Seth and Kendra love spending their evenings staying up late and eating Taco Bell with students as they invest in the next generation.
Kevin & Hope Little
When they’re not chasing their five kids around the house, Kevin and Hope serve with New Life Church’s children's ministries across the state of Arkansas. Hope also oversees ONE, the church’s orphan care ministry. The two are thankful to call the Greater Little Rock campus their home and love everything they get to do for the Kingdom here.
Angie Brown
Angie Brown leads the Creative department of New Life Church. She loves to see people encounter God through creative expression as she leads our design and production teams in unity and excellence. She and her husband Luke help pastor the Conway campus from day to day operations to marriage counseling. They have two beautiful daughters, Stella and Caroline.
