Jarrett & Renee Humphries
Jarrett and Reneé Humphries joined New Life Church in 2010 and became associate pastors for the Cabot campus in 2015. They have a heart to see the people of Cabot grow in their relationship with God, walk in freedom, and see their marriages succeed. The two have five kids and one son-in-law.

Angela Spencer
In 2014, Angela Spencer and her husband, TK, joined New Life Church after searching for a church in Cabot to call home. Both jumped in and started serving immediately, and Angela came on staff as Cabot’s campus administrator in 2016. In addition to this role, she serves in Little Life and as a photographer for church-wide events at other campuses. Angela loves that New Life gets to reach Arkansas with the hope of Christ alongside other churches.

Ricky & Haley Tomboli
Ricky Tomboli serves as the Real Life student pastor alongside his wife, Haley. They have been married since 2012 and have a joyful little daughter named Ellisyn. Together, they love to spend time with family and root for all things Razorback, and enjoy eating food way too much. With help from their leadership team, they work hard to pursue the heart of Jesus and the hearts of students in their city.

Daniel & Torie Straessle
Daniel and Torie Straessle have been a part of New Life Church since 2010. In 2013, they joined the Cabot staff as the campus’ Four Twelve pastors. The two have fallen in love with the city’s middle school students. Together, they lead students in setting a virtuous example for not only their peers, but to all age groups around them. Daniel and Torie love being a part of NLC Cabot’s family and seeing the city cared for by the body of Christ.

Bernie & Stephanie Schreyer
Bernie and Stephanie Schreyer have served as New Life Church Cabot’s Kid Life pastors since 2012. The two enjoy hanging out with their family, entertaining guests at their home, and building community through life groups. Bernie and Stephanie have been married for over 20 years and have three children of their own.

Stephanie Pack
Stephanie Pack has been New Life Church Cabot’s Little Life pastor since 2010. She loves to create moments where children can learn about and connect with the Father, and considers it a blessing to play a part in God’s vision for the state of Arkansas. In 2012, she married her husband, Thomas, who assists with Cabot’s serve teams. They have a beautiful daughter, Lilah, who serves as Little Life’s unofficial mascot.

Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.

James & Codi Bennett
Originally from Colorado, James and Codi met in Bible school and married after graduating from Wagner Leadership Institute. They met Pastor Rick at a conference and were inspired by his passion to reach an entire state for Jesus.
James and Codi moved to Arkansas in 2004 to join the vision of New Life Church and have been pastoring the Cabot campus since 2012. The two have four adventurous children: Londyn, Corban, Reeves, and Graycen.
