Luke & Angie Brown
Luke and Angie Brown attended their first New Life service in 2001 and have called the church home ever since. Angie has been a part of our Creative team since 2007 and is now the director over the department. In 2014, Luke joined New Life Church Conway’s staff as an associate pastor.
Whether they are on the stage leading worship or behind the scenes, the Browns continue to support New Life’s vision with all of their heart.
Lorin & Lauren Foster
Lorin and Lauren Foster have been part of the New Life Church team since 2010. The Fosters lead life groups at NLC Conway and oversee the structure of life groups across all of New Life. They have a passion to help people find their place in community and purpose at NLC. Two children, Emma and Jaden, complete their family.
Josh & Amanda Rauls
Josh Rauls joined the Conway campus staff in 2013 and serves as an associate pastor with responsibilities in Guest Services and our college program, Ouachita Baptist University at New Life Church. Josh and his wife, Amanda, were married in 2012 and now have a daughter, River.
Josh is passionate about helping people find their place in the Church and high school students taking their next step into Christian education.
Tanner Bezet
Tanner Bezet has been a part of the New Life Church family since day one. Learning from his parents, Pastor Rick and Michelle Bezet, he has witnessed the value of a soul firsthand. Tanner took this realization to heart and joined the NLC Conway staff as the Real Life student pastor in 2016. Since then, Tanner has been dedicated to connecting, serving, and loving the high school students at his campus.
Richard & Julie Eberle
Originally serving at our New Life Church Fayetteville campus, Richard and Julie Eberle moved to Conway In 2016 and joined the staff as 412 pastors. The two develop leaders and help students grow in their relationship with Christ. They are excited to witness the plans God has for both the city’s middle school and college students, as well as the families in their city.
Ben & Tamara Watson
Ben and Tamara Watson are New Life Church Conway’s Kid Life pastors for 1st-4th graders. They have been serving in the church’s children’s ministry since 2011 and are passionate about introducing Jesus to elementary-age children in an exciting and authentic way. They have three children of their own—Kelcie, Kylie, and Archer.
Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.
Bobby Hamilton
Bobby Hamilton serves as New Life Church's Conway campus pastor. Bobby, his wife Jill, and their family became a part of the NLC story in December of 2001 when they sold their business in Baton Rouge, LA, and moved to join the Bezets as part of the original launch team of New Life Church. Bobby’s passion is to work with NLC pastors across the state of Arkansas. He has three amazing children: Julie, Jonathan, and Michael.
Jill partnered with Bobby as they pioneered and pastored the Greater Little Rock campus together. She influenced many with her wisdom, grace, and knowledge of all things health. She gave her heart generously, helping people grow in their love for God and their quality of life. She died in 2013 after a four-year battle with cancer.
