Fitz & Cynthia Hill
Fitzgerald and Cynthia Hill serve as lay pastors for New Life Church Downtown Little Rock. The Hills became involved with New Life Church after Fitz met Pastor Rick on a mission trip to Rwanda in 2009, where he was inspired by God’s vision for Arkansas.
Fitz entered educational ministry when he assumed presidency of Arkansas Baptist College in 2006, and has been involved in scholastically and economically improving neighborhoods near the college ever since. He and Cynthia have been married for more than 25 years and have three children—Destiny, Faith, and Justice.
Bronson & Callie Duke
Bronson and Callie Duke serve as pastors for the Greater Little Rock Young Adults ministry at New Life. They also serve as leaders at our Downtown Little Rock campus. The two met in 2009 while serving together on the worship team, and married three years later. They have a huge heart for Little Rock, and love the part they get to play in God’s vision as He continues to revive and renew the city.
Marius & Jessica Mauthe
Marius and Jessica Mauthe met in New York City while working with an inner-city ministry. In 2015, they felt the Lord calling them back to Jessica’s hometown in Arkansas. They also knew right away that her home church—New Life—was where they’d be planted.
Their heart to reach inner city areas, coupled with their experience with the Arkansas Dream Center, readied them to move into the role of New Life Church’s Downtown Little Rock Four Twelve pastors to minister and love on the church’s middle school students.
Mike & Kristi Tucker
Mike and Kristi Tucker have been a part of the New Life Church family since 2007. With over 20 years of marriage and three lovely daughters, the two have developed a heart for the concept of family.
This desire to see families flourish led them to join Downtown Little Rock’s team as children’s ministry leaders, where they get to love people, share their story, and help families know they don’t have to be alone on their journey.
Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.
