Dr. Randy & Karen Hathaway
Randy and Karen Hathaway serve as associate pastors of New Life Church's Mayflower campus. Randy joined the Mayflower campus after a 36-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Karen has served as an attorney and an instructor of law and accounting at the University of Central Arkansas. Randy and Karen have also been involved for many years as Bible Study Fellowship leaders. Their passion is to connect with the people of Mayflower and see them grow in their relationships with Christ. They have been married since 1984 and have two children, Kristin and Caleb.

Blake & Ashley Polston
Blake and Ashley joined New Life Church leadership in 2017. Before this, Blake served as a staff instructor at John 3:16 Ministries. Blake and Ashley now serve as outreach pastors for the Mayflower campus, and Ashley works in the after-school program for the Arkansas Dream Center.

Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.
Mayflower Campus Pastors
Bryan & Libby Stell
Bryan and Libby Stell have been a part of New Life Church since the beginning and have enjoyed leading and serving in various ministries at the Conway and Greater Little Rock campuses. Bryan has been an ordained pastor for more than 30 years. After the 2014 tornado hit Mayflower in 2014, he served as the tornado relief chaplain for the Arkansas Dream Center for almost two years, really getting to know the residents of the city. They are both thrilled to now be serving the city at our Mayflower campus. Libby has three sons for whom Bryan is stepdad, and they have one daughter-in-law.
