After serving in the business world for many years, Greg McManus moved to Palm Beach County in 2015 in order to join ministry and follow God’s calling for his life. His heart is to see the people of Palm Beach become fully devoted followers of Christ and find community with fellow believers. He has two children, Keenan and Carson.

Courtney Loud
Courtney Loud serves as pastor and director of campus administration for New Life Church Palm Beach County. She is passionate about teaching the Word, helping people truly encounter God, and building a healthy spiritual community.
Courtney and her husband, David, have been a part of the team since the church first launched. The two enjoy the journey that God is leading them on and eagerly anticipate the ways God will continue using the campus to reach Florida.

Franklin Diaz is the Worship and Young Adults pastor of NLC Palm Beach County. His desire is to foster a church environment where worship is not just on Sunday mornings, but an ever-present lifestyle of the congregation. Franklin is dedicated to helping future leaders excel in the areas that God has called them to serve.

Tucker Owen
Tucker oversees the Real Life student ministry at the Palm Beach County campus with his wife, Annelies. Their vision is to inspire students to be leaders, reach the lost, and demonstrate God’s love in all aspects of life. The Owens have been married since 2013 and have a daughter.

Jason & Dana Jenkins
Jason and Dana moved to Palm Beach County in 2016. They are a husband-and-wife team who have a passion for loving children and families through Kid Life and Little Life. They believe that family is the center of God's plan and desire to see each one grow and flourish in God's purpose. They recently started their own family and have one son named Judah.

Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.
