Heath and Christie Graham have been in ministry with New Life since 2013 and now serve as associate pastors at our Russellville campus. With 17 years of experience in ministry, the two oversee the church’s administration, plan special events, and support the pastoral staff. They have two children, Gavin and Riley Kate.

Rachel Dunn
Rachel Dunn joined the New Life Church Russellville family in 2014. Since then, she has served the roles of Pastor Mark and Leslie Pagley’s assistant and campus administrator. Rachel enjoys taking part in the everyday tasks that create an environment for people to have incredible and authentic relationships with Christ.

Caleb & Brooke Pagley
After visiting the city during New Life Church Russellville’s launch, Caleb and Brooke Pagley instantly fell in love with Russellville. Now, the two serve as the church’s student pastors, providing them with an opportunity to raise up disciples in the next generation. Caleb and Brooke have been married since 2012, and they can’t wait to see God’s plans for their new home.

Chrissy Clayton
Chrissy Clayton and her family joined New Life Church in 2014. She now oversees the Little Life ministry at New Life Church Russellville, where she serves alongside an incredible team dedicated to loving and caring for families.
Together, Chrissy and her husband, David, work to provide young children with excellent care and a spiritual foundation. They have been married since 2002 and are the proud parents of Macey, Barrett, and Cooper.

Travis & Christy Renfroe
After growing up in Arkansas’ River Valley, Travis and Christy Renfroe married in 2004. The couple then became a part of the New Life family and led life groups at New Life Church Conway, where they worked to connect people to each other and, ultimately, the heart of God.
When the Russellville campus launched, they were excited to take on the role of life group pastors closer to their home region. Travis and Christy enjoy spending time with their two boys, Pyrce and Dautry.

Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.

Mark & Leslie Pagley
Mark and Leslie have been pastoring for over 27 years and have been on staff with New Life since 2009. Originally from Ohio, Mark and Leslie experienced New Life’s relational, life-giving example of how to do church and knew this was where they needed to be.
Mark and Leslie started out pastoring at NLC Greater Little Rock and overseeing student ministries at all of our campuses. In 2014, however, they moved to Russellville to plant a New Life campus in the River Valley. They have three kids and four grandsons and are passionate about Jesus being the center of every family
