Matt & D’lisa Haas
In 2004, Matt and D’Lisa met on a blind date initiated by a New Life Church member and married 7 months later. Since then, the couple has had three children and felt called to move back to Saline County in order to be a part of God’s vision for Arkansas. Together, the family seeks to make a real difference in the community.

Tyler & Amanda Tarver
Tyler and Amanda Tarver have been a part of the New Life family since they met in college. They have been married for over ten years and have three kids—Titus, Ezra and Finnick. In 2017, Tyler joined staff full-time as the Director of OBU at New Life Church.
He and his wife, Amanda, also serve as the Young Adult leaders for the Saline County campus. While in this role, Tyler and Amanda fell in love with the people of Saline County and now want to see Young Adults find their passion and build community under the influence of Jesus Christ.

Tommy & Jasmine Marciniak
Tommy and Jasmine originally met in North Carolina and married in 2012. Now, the two have joined New Life Church Saline County as Real Life leaders who connect high school students to Godly community and help them grow closer to Jesus every day.
The couple also loves to be active and play sports—Tommy has a history playing hockey in New York, and Jasmine was a gymnast in Florida throughout school.

Josh & Jessica Wood
Josh and Jessica Wood, along with their three beautiful children, found their home at New Life Church Greater Little Rock in 2009. When the Saline County campus was announced, they knew that God was calling them back to the city where they began their family.
The family moved home, and after almost eight years at Little Life Academy at Greater Little Rock, Jessica left her position to focus all her efforts on the School of Ministry and NLC Saline County. Josh and Jessica now serve as the leaders of Little Life Ministry at the campus, and provide an opportunity for the younger generation to encounter God’s love in exciting, authentic ways.

Tracy & Marianne Shelton
Tracy and Marianne serve as leaders of life groups for New Life Church Saline County. Through life groups, the couple seeks to connect people to a spiritual family that will celebrate alongside them and support them through times of trouble.
Tracy and Marianne have a vision to see life groups spread throughout the neighborhoods of Saline County—groups that offer the hope of Jesus, strengthen families, serve the community, and grow leaders.

Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have four children and a new grandson, Jack. They live in Conway, Arkansas.

Chad & Kindall Denmon
Originally from Texas, Chad met Kindall in Conway, AR, and married her a year later. The two joined New Life Church staff in 2010 and have loved being part of God's vision for the state of Arkansas ever since.
Six years later, Chad and Kindall felt the Lord calling them to plant New Life Church's next campus in Saline County, where they hope to help their community find the hope of Jesus and see lives restored. They have three awesome boys—Kai, Ezra, and Grey.
